Solution
As a tension tie, over the entire span of various floor surfaces, an amount of diameter 32 mm rods was actually necessary. Because this was not possible to achieve this, due to the too short concrete cover, carbon rods with a diameter of 14 mm were used. By changing steel to carbon, we could perform the reinforcement measure on/in the top of the floor.
